Renovations Underway for NEW Digital Fabrication Studio

With the support of the Dietrich School, the department is excited to open a Digital Fabrication Studio to students in January 2018.  Formerly a faculty studio, the fabrication studio will offer students access to a CNC router, 3-D printers, a laser engraver, vinyl cutter, electronics components, and sewing machines.  Fabrication studio lead faculty member Jeremy Boyle will facilitate workshops for specific courses and department constituents.  Student workers and First-Experience in Research students will offer open shop hours and assistance.
